He leads Powertech Énergie Inc. with genuine passion for the trade and outstanding management discipline. As a strategist, he oversees the company’s growth both in Quebec and in the United States
Benoit Duhamel
Co-founder, Director of Operations
A hands-on leader, meticulous manager, and operational cornerstone, Benoît coordinates large-scale projects with precision and efficiency. Involved in every worksite, he ensures the quality, safety, and performance of all teams. His synergy with Sébastien is a key strength behind Powertech Énergie Inc.

A dedicated administrative director, she ensures exemplary management of internal operations with remarkable attention to detail. Her professionalism, listening skills, and down-to-earth approach make her deeply respected within the team. A mother of five and a kind-hearted woman, she brilliantly manages family responsibilities and professional excellence. Annie is a fundamental cog in the company's structure, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, with integrity, and efficiency.
